Hey, can anybody write an authorization letter for me?

so my aunt asked me to get the report card of my cousin cuz they're gonna be out of town the day of the distribution of cards. the school requires an authorization letter before releasing the card. my aunt didn't make one cuz she didn't know that it was required. so now my aunt asked me to just make one for her and i have no idea how to write one. so can anybody write one for me? i'd really appreciate it. thanks.
