What is your favorite name for both boys and girls?

Do you mean a single name that can work for both genders? If so, my vote goes for Jess (Jesse can be either gender, and Jess is short for Jesse (male/female) and Jessica (female)). I like it because it's short, it has a bit of personality about it, and it's not trendy like Taylor or Hunter or Langford or something straight-from-The-Hills like that.
