Is it true that Ali sat at home and laughed at all of his old foes fighting or getting beat or troubling modern day fighters ie older Foreman taking Holyfield the distance - something Tyson couldn't do twice - whereas Ali knocked out prime undefeated Foreman lol? And as we know Foreman beat undefeated Michael Moorer in the 10th round to become champion again. For example Frazier beat Ali in 1971 but I read somewhere that Ali was rolling about laughing at Joe whe Foreman destroyed him in 2 rounds lol. And as we know Ali beat Foreman one year later not before Foreman had destroyed another fighter in 2 rounds who beat Ali in Norton - Ali was ringside for that fight and lambasted Foreman while getting interviewed by Colonel Bob Sheridan. And then Ali beats Jimmy Young and then Young beats Foreman albeit a mentally wrecked Foreman and then gives Norton hell as well in a fight that many people think Young won - was closer than Ali's fight with Young. And lat but not least Ali was probably having a ball when he sat a thome and watched Norton against Shavers and Cooney as Ali had already beat Shavers and would have undoubtedly beat Cooney as well whereas Ken got decimated by both men lo. Another fight Ali must have enjoyed watching was Foreman vs Lyle as Lyle nearly knocked Foreman out in 4 rounds before being stopped in 5 whereas Ali comfortably beat Ron in 11 rounds although Ron did have a slight lead on the judges scorcards. And another fight Ali would have loved seeing was Bonavena vs Joe Frazier I as Oscar nearly knocked Joe out in 2 rounds in that fight before Joe won a disputable split decision whereas Ali became the first person to knock Bonavena out 4 years later. After Ali knocked Lyle out in 1975 Ron went on to knockout Shavers in 6 and nearly knocked out Foreman in 4 lol. If prime Liston had been around in the 1970s then Ali would have laughed even harder as Sonny would have destroyed most of those fighters Ali fought as well with the exception of Foreman maybe.
