Everyone knew about these practices a few years ago. It was even in the movie "Sicko" that insurance executives are paid bonuses if they denied claims. That is the reason the Obama white house and Dems created the provisions of the Health Care Act which forbid some of these practices. But business retaliates because they dont want to be reformed. Republicans are on their side. And you see how the Repubs fixed the public perception of the health care to make it look like it would cost business too much to comply with the reforms and they would not hire people, which is all BS
