Little white dots on ? could I have STD even though i never had ?

Ok, I'm 14 and never had . For awile now I noticed I have lil white dots around my vulva and like that are like around there. (none where the private haur grows, lol, just around that part.) And under that like flappy part before the entrance of my vag, I keep getting this white build up stuff under those flaps, and when I wipe it off it'll come back later, and it's like the same color white as the lil dots. I usually get itchy on and off in the area under the flappy things and sometimes the white dots. I took a z pack pill for a yeast infection before, but all it did was kinda stop the aching, but I kept getting the white stuff and dots still. The itching was the only yeast infection symptom I had too. I never had , but could I have an STD or something, and also, to be honest I don't really, ummm wash down there when I'm in the shower, I just let the water splash it a lil, and when I use a vibrator I usually don't wash it off, so i was wondering if it could be like clogged pores down there or it's dirty? Please help!!!!!!
