Is White Tissue Discharge normal before and after period with mild lower abd. discomfort?

I went to the doctor for the same symptoms you are having. I figured i had an std because this wasnt normal for me..however, he told me i had the start of a yeast infection. you should go see your doctor, maybe that the problem. however if you have had it for a while, it could be something else. it is normal to have discharge after your period (its your body's way of "naturally cleaning" after your period but lower ab discomfort, isnt normal. i suggest going to see your doc
