What will happen to my hair if.............?

I just dyed my hair 2 days ago. its like a really dark purple with red in it. i like it but i think its to dark for me. it's semi-permanant. so when it fades what color would it turn out to be? a light purple? a light red? (its kind of like a burgundy color but darker)
