Thank you for posting this as I recently asked my doc when my son had a headcold. They recommened a humidifier for him and I said a vics vaporisor not thinking there was a difference (first time mom) and was told no to the vaporisor and heck no to vics. Now I know why. Thank you for posting this. You gave much greatly needed advice to a first time mom again TY
