Am i a coward for not smoking with my little cousins or did i do the right thing?

okk , so saturday i was at my cousins apartments and they asked me if i wanted to smoke , and i thought they were joking (by the way one of then is 12 and the other 11 ) . so it got dark and we went to a corner and they were with 2 other kids . and this kid pulled out a cigarete so my 12 yr old cousin took the first drag and i couldnt believe it . then my 11 yr od cousin started smoking and that really hurt my heart cuz i could not beleive it . so they told me to take a drag and i said no and they called me a p u s s y and i said ******* dumbes smoking at that age , that **** gives you lung cancer . (ps my dad died recently of lung cancer [ he never smoked]and i didnt wanna disapoint him by smoking)
