At walmart???????????????????????… plants?

Today as i was at walmart i saw there was these seeds that said they grow in any condition and lighting and if they dont u can send it back if it doesnt grow in 30 days and they will replace it. Does this realy work? how to make it grow faster and how to make it stay health
