How do I get my stuck key out of 2004 Mitsubishi Endeavor?

Our key is stuck in the truck. We can drive it, shift into all gears but the key will not come out. We have shifted the wheel, rocked it back and forth with no luck! Dealer is gonna charge $80 just to look at it...any help or more advice is greatly appreciated!
