Is it possible to swap an NBA Jam pcb into an NFL Blitz 99 arcade cabinet?

I just purchased a dedicated 4 player NFL Blitz '99 arcade game. I was wondering if it's possible to swap out the blitz pcb with nba jam? If so, does anyone have any advice on how to do this? I know NBA Jam has a sound board as well and I don;t think the NFL Blitz cabinet does, so how would I install that into the cabinet and hook it up? Sorry for being such a noob.
