Pain after eating in the bowel?

When ever I eat something I seem to get pain in my bowel area. I get crackling and spasms every time I eat no matter what the food is. I have treatment for IBS but does anybody know if it could be somethings else other than IBS so I can speak with my Doctor because my IBS treatment does not work
