Why is Sarkozy (Pyschozy) so aggressive on the Libya issue?

It seems to me that all the French rulers (Napoleon, Sarkozy, etc) are midgets, and that's why they always have an inferiority complex. I think, therefore, they wage wars against others to prove themselves.
