If you can find it anywhere for a cheap price, maybe a season of one of his favorite shows? A Bob Marley chain or shirt? Maybe a mix CD of his favorite artists? Maybe since he loves movies, make him a movie gift box (popcorn, candy, 2 litre, gum)? I know the movie box seems kind of girly, but make it masculine. Decorate it with cutouts of his favorite sports or athletes.
